WASticker may process sticker searches, source metadata, conversion requests, generated sticker files, optional account identifiers, device and app diagnostics, and support messages you send us.

My stickers, sticker history, and search history are device-local and are not synced to your optional account. Remote sticker creation uses a separate random installation identity so it can work without an account.

We use data to provide sticker search, conversion, pack organization, WhatsApp import, account access, support, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability.

We do not sell personal data.

WASticker uses third-party services to run the app and provide content or infrastructure. These may include WhatsApp, GIPHY, KLIPY, Imgflip, Openverse, GIFDB, ReactionGIFs, Apple, Expo, Convex, and hosting or analytics providers.

When you open external sources or import stickers into WhatsApp, those services may process data under their own policies.

Created sticker files are normally retained for up to 90 days after they become ready or are last handed to WhatsApp. Failed or canceled requests are normally removed after 30 days. Detailed conversion diagnostics are aggregated and scrubbed after 30 days.

A Personal Media source copy stays in app-private device storage while its Addition is unresolved and is removed when you choose Remove or 30 days after confirmed WhatsApp import or export. A server source upload exists only for active conversion attempts; abandoned uploads are removed within 24 hours.

If you created an optional account, you can delete it from Profile > Delete account after confirming your identity with Apple or an email code. Account deletion removes WASticker authentication records and sessions. Clearing My stickers and other device-local data is a separate optional choice in that flow.

If in-app deletion is unavailable because a provider is down, contact support@wasticker.online for assisted deletion.
